What exactly is THE SBI: Special Smiles Unit?
We’re an underground cosmetic smile division run by supervised dental students and supported by licensed professionals.
This activation operates like a Gotham task force solving Smile Crimes across Baltimore City & County.
This is a fun experience activation created by Thee Jewelry Bar & Smile Lounge. There's new smile activations quarterly.

Are you actually legitimate?
Absolutely.
All services are performed by trained, supervised dental students, overseen by experienced clinicians.
We follow:

Do you accept insurance?
Negative.
Smile City doesn’t fund our division.
We operate independently.
All services are cash and credit based. We can accept HSA and FSA that operates as a normal credit/ debit card.
Smile City Citizens & Agents receive reduced rates.
Bail Deposit is required to Get Booked.
Agents receive reduced rates.

Is there a refund policy?
In Some cases. But, typically No refunds are issued once bail has been handed in because we stand firmly with our results.
Tourists have a 14 Day Warranty on all bonding services.
Citizens have an extended 30 Day Warranty.

How do I make an appointment?
You don't make an appointment. You GET BOOKED.
Once your Smile Case is submitted
1. Wait for review and approval
2. Receive your Subpoena via email
3. Schedule your Arrest
No Case Submission = No Appointment

What are "Lock Up Days"?
These are the only days we lift the gates.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
9 am - 4 p,m)

What is the Secret Service List?
Our Secret Service Agency specializes in special smile crimes that are hidden from everybody except our City Citizens.
If you know somebody with inside intel, you may have a hint of what's offered on this list.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we do.
Not for Tourists tho.
For Citizens in our Witness Smile Protection Program ONLY.
You have access to The City's Bails Bondsman to discuss details.
Your smile bail MUST be above $350 for approval, a 55% deposit is required to get started and a card must be on file.
Agents receive reduced rates.

Why is a deposit required to book?
Because we are a small city, with a small budget and no outside funding.
Therefore, Failure to Appears greatly effect our financial bottom line.
Deposits are our safety net that you'll turn your smile in as agreed.
No Call No Shows and less than 24 HR Cancellations immediately forfeit your deposit.
