supervision of both a Licensed Orthodontist and Dentist. However, neither are of Direct Access and liable for any services provided by Thee Jewelry Bar & Smile Lounge. Members receiving these services must sign for consent and an NDA. Services are provided by our  Lead SmileTender who is continuously trained, mentored , and supervised by our Licensed  Dentist and Ortho.
