Imagine showing up to have your braces tightened, after paying for your appointment and leaving a tip well in advance for said appointment and no one EVER answers the door, returns a phone call...nothing. EVER.

Well, this was Ms. C's plight as as she fully explained in her Braces Transfer Consultation with us over the weekend. Now, as we listened Ms. C realized that there were some previous red flags with the young lady and the first being that she was offering these services in her home AND she often rescheduled appointments last minute AND she did not provide an actual smile plan for treatment.

This time, she fully went Ghost with Ms. C's money in tote.

We absolutely hate this for Ms. C and anyone else who receives this type of treatment from a trusted service provider and especially a black service provider as if we don't already get enough labels.
