Shipping & Delivery
Thank you for shopping custom with Thee Jewelry Bar. All of our customs are handmade by Thee Jeweler. Therefore you can expect one of a kind personalized and customized pieces. No two pieces will look thee exact same.

Please expect 5-7 days for creation and 2-3 days for standard shipping. If you are in need of a rush order, you can send an email to theejewelrybar@gmail.com to arrange your rush order and rush payment.

Easy Returns
All custom pieces are NON REFUNDABLE. However, we do accept returns for repairs at your shipping expense within the first 14 days of you receiving your customs.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email the next business day.
Service Promise
Thee Jewelry Bar is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience for each Jewel that has a seat at Thee Bar. If you experience anything other than, please feel free to contact us via phone (443) 409 2919 or email to discuss the matter. We will do our very best to correct the situation.


Cosmetic Teeth Services
All cosmetic teeth service deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. However, clients can reschedule without paying a second deposit if canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Anything less than 24 hours for cancellation will result in a $20 late fee. The remaining deposit will be a credit for your next appointment.

Thee Jewelry Bar is not a licensed Dental Practice. Therefore, we do suggest receiving approval from your dentist before participating in any cosmetic services and maintaining your routine dental visits.
