Consultations include: - Full Assessment of Your Smile - A Custom and Personalized Smile Plan that considers your timeline and budget - Q & A Opportunity - Complimentary Shots of Luxury Whitening Rinse - Invitation to The Membership for payment plans - Any service related pre- requisites that are required (photos, impressions, shade check, etc)
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees ($25). All appointment deposits are NON REFUNDABLE but can be credited towards a future appointment.
